What is Soulfully You?
Soulfully You stems from my own instagram page @SoulfullyLaura. Practicing yoga brought me home to myself and now my dharma is to provide the space and the tools for you to explore and find your 'Soulfully You'
Finding your Soulfully You will look different for everyone. Movement through asana, breathwork through pranyama all coupled with mindfulness and meditation to guide you to the place of ease,bliss, joy, just being.
What is the Soulfully You membership?
The Soulfully You membership is an online space to take what you need at any given time. The membership includes: a weekly live 60 minute embodied hatha class, a weekly live 20 minute meditation class, a monthly pre-recorded 20 minute embodied flow to practice as often as you wish. A private library of recordings and the private community WhatsApp chat.

Join the Soulfully Embodied Circle this December, a monthly women’s gathering designed to help you deepen your connection with yourself through embodied yoga, meditation, pranayama, and journaling. This circle is a sacred space where women of all shapes and sizes are welcomed to explore self-compassion, mindful movement, and personal reflection. No prior experience is required.
For 4 Sundays in December, you'll receive two x 15-minute sessions that guide you back to your body’s wisdom. Our practices are simple yet powerful, focusing on breath awareness, gentle movement, and meditation, creating moments of stillness and self-love. You’ll also receive a weekly journaling prompt to further explore your inner world and cultivate self-awareness.

Embodied Hatha
Hatha is a Sanskrit word that means Sun & Moon. The balance within you.
Exploring functional movement in a diet culture free zone.
Hatha yoga is a slower paced class. We take our time to sense into the body and find what suits on any given day.
Did you know we each have a completely unique skeleton?
This class is an opportunity to explore that and find what works for you.
This class is on Tuesday evenings from 20:15 - 21:15.
A beautiful time just for you to connect with yourself.
Recordings of the class are available in the private membership library.
Tranquil Twenty
A twenty minute midweek meditation practice.
Do you think meditation is a time for a clear mind and no thoughts? Well I am here to tell you that is not the case.
Meditation is a skill to be practiced. Even highly skilled meditators will have a busy mind. Befriend the busyness and stillness will come.
This class is on Wednesday evenings from 20:00 - 20:20 pm
